DON'T TRUST THE B IN APT 23: PILOT
James Van Der Beek
And many others....
Chloe ( Krysten Ritter )
June ( Dreama Walker )
James ( James Van Der Beek )
Eli ( Michael Blaiklock )
New York City has a new resident. Her name is June.
The company she works for is shut down by the government. It seems her boss was embezzling money.
When she goes home, she discovers that her company owned apartment building has also been shut down by government. June now finds herself homeless.
She meets Chloe and they become roommates.
Chloe constantly lies. She also manipulates June, and everyone else.
June's first morning as Chloe's roommate is extremely memorable. She's in the kitchen with the window open. Approximately five feet away in the next building is Eli. He proceeds to ask June questions while ogling her and pleasuring himself. Seconds later, a totally naked Chloe walks into the kitchen and says hello to a masturbating Eli and a shocked June.
More lies and manipulation occur.
Chloe gets a kid drunk, so she can pump him for information about June's fiance. As a result, June learns some disturbing facts about her future husband.
Despite all of this, Chloe and June become close....
Chloe: "June, sweetheart, I screwed your fiance on your birthday cake, and I'm going to be late with my half of the rent"
June's parents: "We missed our last three mortgage payments, but no pressure honey!"
Chloe: "We weren't really compatible, genitally. Imagine trying to fit a cucumber in a coin purse"
Eli: "Too much rat feces Cloe"
James: "So, you like to rub-a-dub-dub in the tub?"
Chloe: "It came at a price. I got a lot of frosting in my crack"

DO I WANT MY MONEY BACK?:
Krysten Ritter, Dreama Walker, James Van Der Beek, Michael Blaiklock, Eric Andre, and Liza Lapira are great.
This show is dark, and contains some of the raunchiest humor I'm seen on a free broadcast channel in a very very long time.
Plus, NO laugh track!
I had really LOW EXPECTATIONS, so I'm happy to say, I had A LOT OF FUN watching this.
Every once and a while, a free broadcast network gets it right, and ABC has definitely hit a creative home run with this show.
IF the rest of the show is as good as the pilot, I'll be watching every week.
I LOVE THE BITCH IN APARTMENT 23, and her roommate!...
