This is one of my favorite posters ever!
It brings back so many memories ( good and bad ).
Claudia Jennings was the star, and she was the coolest!... Watching her on a drive-in movie screen was one of the finest cinematic experiences I ever had.
Anyway, when I was a kid, I loved watching roller derby.
The local team was called the LOS ANGELES THUNDERBIRDS ( AKA T-BIRDS ). They went up against teams like, the NEW YORK BOMBERS, DETROIT DEVILS, and the TEXAS OUTLAWS.
The women would race against women, and men against men.
Think pro wrestling on wheels, except the women were much better looking than their wrestling counterparts. Keep in mind, this was long BEFORE the recent era of female glam-wrestlers.
I used to watch these teams on channel 5 ( VHF ), and channel 52 ( UHF ). Remember UHF?...That's where all the cool programs aired.

UNHOLY ROLLERS was released on "legit" VHS by ORION / HBO HOME VIDEO.
No legit region one DVD exists. However, you can buy a grey-market disc from a company called J4HI.
